肇慶福田化學(xué)工業(yè)有限公司創(chuàng)立于1992年，2009年擴(kuò)產(chǎn)由廣州番禺搬遷至肇慶高新技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)臨江工業(yè)園。現(xiàn)廠區(qū)占地250余畝，專業(yè)從事于不飽和聚酯樹脂及其輔料的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售。
管理上，公司以科技為本，大力引進(jìn)現(xiàn)代化管理模式，始終不懈的嚴(yán)抓質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。公司與美國(guó)AB公司合作，量身訂制了一套集配方保密、過程控制、出料管理于一體的自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)全部設(shè)備自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)。同時(shí)，公司自主研發(fā)OA管理信息系統(tǒng)，將銷售、采購、財(cái)務(wù)、質(zhì)檢、生產(chǎn)、倉管、財(cái)務(wù)、行政等90%的工作流程電腦數(shù)據(jù)化，業(yè)務(wù)流程的通暢、信息的透明、資源配置的有效及時(shí)，提高了企業(yè)的效率和核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，確保了公司能為客戶提供高質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品和優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)。
技術(shù)上，公司堅(jiān)持以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向的宗旨，投入4000萬元，建立一座研發(fā)中心和一座工程中心，購置先進(jìn)設(shè)備，引進(jìn)高素質(zhì)的科研人才，組建“肇慶市不飽和聚酯樹脂工程技術(shù)研究開發(fā)中心”，并且與中山大學(xué)合作建立“中大福田新材料開發(fā)中心”、“中大福田青年創(chuàng)業(yè)就業(yè)見習(xí)基地”、“不飽和聚酯樹脂行業(yè)節(jié)能與環(huán)保產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合和科技轉(zhuǎn)化示范基地”，不斷研究開發(fā)市場(chǎng)需求產(chǎn)品。歷年來，公司產(chǎn)品先后通過“中國(guó)船級(jí)社工廠認(rèn)可”、“中國(guó)綠色建材認(rèn)可”、“采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品認(rèn)可證書”；公司也有多個(gè)項(xiàng)目被列為省市科技示范項(xiàng)目或攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目。
經(jīng)營(yíng)上，公司實(shí)行一切服從于市場(chǎng)，服務(wù)于市場(chǎng)。公司現(xiàn)有20多個(gè)種類，100余種產(chǎn)品，包括涂層、玻璃鋼、工藝品、紐扣、大理石、壓克力、阻燃、耐化學(xué)腐蝕、拉擠、SMC/BMC等不飽和聚酯樹脂。根據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，公司自1996年來銷量一直名列全國(guó)前列。公司被評(píng)為“國(guó)家高新技術(shù)企業(yè)”，還連續(xù)多年被評(píng)為 “守合同、重信用”企業(yè)，其“綠葉”品牌也先后被評(píng)為 “廣東省著名商標(biāo)”、“廣東省名牌產(chǎn)品”、“廣東省名優(yōu)產(chǎn)品?！?/span>
公司堅(jiān)持可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，重視節(jié)能環(huán)保建設(shè)。公司與中山大學(xué)合作進(jìn)行全廠能量系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，對(duì)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了全面的升級(jí)和改造，大大提高熱能利用率，降低煙氣排放。公司投入重金，配置RTO蓄熱式有機(jī)廢氣焚燒系統(tǒng)，把全廠有機(jī)廢氣，從源頭上開始全部收集處理，大大減少污染物的產(chǎn)生和排放。同時(shí)，公司投入3000萬元建立污水處理系統(tǒng)，采用德國(guó)先進(jìn)的生化處理系統(tǒng)及MBR生物膜水處理技術(shù)。廠區(qū)內(nèi)所有的生產(chǎn)污水和生活污水經(jīng)過處理后，各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到國(guó)家一級(jí)排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；并且處理后的達(dá)標(biāo)水將被全部收集，用于生產(chǎn)冷卻循環(huán)用水、生活污物清理用水、消防水池儲(chǔ)備用水等。

Company Profile
Zhaoqing Futian Chemical Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992. As part of its expansion scheme, the Company was relocated to Linjian Industrial Park, Zhaoqing High & New Technologies Development Zone. The Company, with the industrial premise occupying an area over 250 acres, is specialized in R&D, production and sales of unsaturated polyester resin and auxiliary materials.
On management side, the Company has been striving to establish modern management approaches and focus on quality stability on basis of a technology oriented corporate philosophy. In cooperation with the America-based Allen-Bradley, a tailor-made automated operation system integrating composition confidentiality, process control and output management has been set up, with the entire production system running automatically. Meanwhile, the Company has independently developed an OA/MIS system which computerizes 90% of the marketing, purchasing, financial, quality inspection, production, warehousing and administrative processes. The smoothness of operation processes, transparency of information and effective and timely allocation of corporate resources have helped enhance the operating efficiency and core competencies and assure high-quality products and customer services.
On technical side, the Company has, driven by the market orientation, invested over RMB40 millions into R&D activities. Up to date two R&D centers with advanced equipment and high-caliber professionals have been set up. In cooperation with Sun Yat-Sun University, the Company has established the “SYSU Futian New Materials Research & Development Center” and the “SYSU Futian Youth Business Creation, Employment and Internship Base” to develop marketable new products. The Company has passed “China Classification Society (CCS) Works Approval”, “China Green Building Materials Approval" and “International Standards Compliant Products Approval”. A number of projects hosted by the Company have been listed as provincial or city level “technical industrialization pilot project” or "technical problem tackling project”.
On operation side, the Company has been holding to the philosophy of “Subject to the Market and Serving the Market”. The Company manufactures over 100 varieties of unsaturated polyester resin products in over 20 series, including coatings, glass fiber reinforced plastics, artworks, fasteners, marbles, acryl, flame retardant series, chemical corrosion resistant series, high tensile strength series and SMC/BMC. Statistics indicate that the Company has been ranking atop the industry since1996 inChina. The Company has been appraised as “Enterprise Honoring Contract and Keeping Promises” in many successive years. The “Green Leaf” brand has earned the Company a number of credits, among which are “Famous Trademark of Guangdong Province”, “Brand Products of Guangdong Province” and “Exquisite Products of Guangdong Province”.
The Company attaches high importance to sustainable development and is committed to environment protection. In cooperation with Sun Yat-Sun University, the Company optimized the design of plant-wide energy system and upgraded the production system to enhance the heat utilization efficiency and reduce flue gas emission. The Company invested RMB 30 million into a wastewater treatment system, which is based on advanced German bio-chemical treatment system and MBR biological membrane treatment techniques. The industrial wastewater and living sewage as treated with this system are up to China’s Level I discharge criteria. The neutral water output from the system is reused in entirety for cooling, grassland maintenance, toilet flushing and fire protection purposes.
